  1. have we collected all information on the prior files that required curing?
  2. what is the total amount of sign ups and files we have sent to Hillel?

  3. can you please send him an excel file asap with all total signed and properly cured, copy Andy and me, and ask for him to confirm a. the sign ups have been received b. the sign ups contain the accurate files and are properly cured c. the total count has been accepted and approved in their system @Andy Rogers once Hillel "confirms", please reply all and ask hi if he can provide Carter an updated report, becuase as of Friday there was no available report for him to review

  4. @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW please get with Anthony and find out how long it will be before he has the new requested form Hillel sent last week completed, added to the payload, then we need to have a new test sent through

Was changed to "Re-triggered" status by accident and they didn't realize that it sent the automation. It should have stayed "Flagged" and is back in that status now.

@Nicholas McFadden Guys I think we need some sort of explanation. AS I am sure all of the coloring and the categories are fine for Hillel and Nick, I need Carter to be able to look at this and see what we are considering sent and billable. We need to be able to stay on top of this to keep payments on time.

Once something hits E-Signed it gets added to the financials. It's "billable" until it is declined and this is where we have issues with clients and the nature of leads that are "In Process". My opinion is that we don't show anything until it hits a truly "final" status. We can talk about "In Process" as a forecasted amount but I feel like the "billable" term gets confusing as they are not finalized leads and could be dropped for any reason, ultimately not "billable".

@Andy Rogers Issues on form mapping so Anthony is making edits. When those are corrected Dwight will retrigger leads and update me on their new Lead IDs. Problem is he can’t do that until later tonight now because we hit that limit again. How do you want to proceed?

Wagstaff is providing feedback that some of the cases being sent "do not meet criteria"? I want to review these all together, shortly, while Carter is here so we can be all 100% on the same page. Feel free to come see me and get someone from Brittany's team to run the reporting. Please have a column that shows which cases have been sent and received.
