Hey, after being excited about it at first, they backed off wanting to do it. I can press on it further and try to get them willing to participate.
The two transfer are Sian Fox and Sunnie Nakagawa. I think it would be good for all of them to go through this.
Based on feedback from Anthony, they have gotten off to a solid start on tasks.

I think the scary part is having to own what the process and expectations are and the vis into that will lead to more accountability and possibly changes that they won't be able to control. Progress is scary 👻

We have work to go there with understanding urgency and having a proactive approach in general. They are going to learn Meta Pixels later this week, and will be working through 3 Smart Advocate integrations over the next week. I think that a post mortem on those will be interesting and maybe going through the exercise with them and Nick Mc. being more involved will be helpful.
Nick may have to hire or take transfers part-time from Brittany and if so, they could attend as well

ok, so we are going to have to look at the old API setup from a year ago and see what's what. No lead will be sent today, but we can look at this first thing tomorrow and then communicate with the firm to make sure the API field mapping is to their liking, then send the lead.

Bridge: - we are still waiting on the fields from them in order to test; I can call them again, maybe their CSM will offer more than what the tech folks have been able to; they (Yuchen a.k.a. Cindy) had said they may pause the need for integration for the past 2 weeks, but have resumed comms - no manual sends are in place; will discuss with them

I figured it out. The live file and ryan's always matched (well the live one was + whatever the current number was). Some signed and declines snuck in as regular signed contracts. i fixed it. Fortunately Paraquat was the only one on my file affected that i've found.

there is a way to re-send the lead if that is what you are looking to do. however, when a lead has already gone into a Signed e-sign Final status, when it gets re-triggered, then there will be a duplicate.

Hey, there was a 29K lead report ran for/by you this morning. This overlapped with a 77K from someone on the reporting team at TIP. It has caused fallout with Law Ruler in a pretty noisy way. Was this a standard run or was it a one-off report?
I have one that i set up ages ago to run at 8am and noon every weekday. it might have been that? Greg runs a report every 2 hours. We use it to see what's been signed in real time

Not really. I heard Ashwin has been kinda quiet but i can reach out to Mark Mina. I'm not too worried about them. Issue is with Napoli's people. they don't return calls or emails. I'm actually going to reach out to Napoli and ask for help.
ACTS has been a pain point for VSS and Ops lately, so I wouldn't be shocked if they are for Integrations too. Glad that isn't the case. They have been trying to change criteria a lot in several campaigns this past week that we should be holding firm against (but we know how that goes).
I can jump into a chat with Napoli too if needed today.

Yeah ACTS is... i don't know. Mark Mina called me on Friday afternoon and was in a panic because they said we were leaving addresses off. They were personal injury cases and the retainer had a different address request on it (like property that was damaged or something). He said he'd get a list of all the ones we needed to fix. I asked him if it was personal injury and he was like....oh......
Yeah, heard about that one. They aren't paying attention to detail in their initial requests and it is causing future problems
I know they're in a hurry and stressed but they need to chill because it's going to make us mess up.

Separately, but along the same line.....Dustin took over some of Ahsan's work for Meadow 2nd interview API yesterday to get it moving and he thinks we can go faster now. It looks like we are waiting on Becker for a deliverable, but I'd try to get Meadow in a working session today to align and move it forward. We are passed the two weeks that Ahsan said all this would be done.

Jon Becker i think realizes SA is a good chunk of the problem. He's trying to clean up everything on Meadow's end so it's a clean data push. There's a lot of it that wasn't necessarily us.

yep, Alan has been doing weird stuff with statuses, campaign names, and processes for a while and now that we are building out the new financials, it is much noisier...
status creation is part of the general admin status unfortunately. we have limited who all has access to this already, but Alan seems to be the only holdout in terms of falling in line with LR use

Cam is aware that Darrell can't do it, but it sounded like Abe was painting the picture that Darrell is capable, but I trust Darrell in that it is just a DL choice that screwed things up

DL told Legafi that they're not getting the right info from us or something like that. I asked Abe outside of the email chain for help and today i casually updated the chain like "hey, we've checked a few times and it's showing ok. Can you let us know what's missing so we can trouble shoot" and i got angry email with Cam and Andy on it. They were already on the other chain. I didn't do anything wrong it was just a "oh he's frustrated" thing
on top of that, one of my favorites here just quit without notice.

I'm revisiting a project that requires using a campaign model that has both a high volume of lead/call traffic already, and that will still be open for the foreseeable future. We talked about this a while back and at that time the Soup campaign was the call, but with that one out of the picture, I'm looking for insight on what fits the bill right now. Any advice from you and your crystal ball?!

I’d say Bard Powerport but I don't know how long they'll extend the cap. If we keep going at the current rate, it's done in mid September. NExt would be Depo Provera (both DL/Flatirons btw)
but their call volume is no where near noddle soup. Chowchilla, at the rate we're going, will hit budgets next week.

confidentially...the plan is to pull all call recordings from the camp, run through an AI model for flow identification, then to see what can be handled through an AI IVR instead of a human, test, and determine if it is worth trying live (on the DL away from the call center)
