Tik tok team has replied regarding the London Summit with Shield. I need firm dates from everyone that will work for late July or early august. Again, the summit is 2 full days, so suggest a Wed/Thur, that way if any of you want to stay for weekend you can.

@here it looks like tik tok will be approving the Aug 5-9. Working days will be 6-7-8 (really two full days 7-8 but likely something on 6th. Do NOT book flights or hotels yet. I am working on this with their team. I will also have an agenda they are providing

  1. Tik tok has invited us to join them at the https://middleeight.com/ (They will be paying for rooms)
  2. two full day sessions Aug 6 and 7th, (August 6th (Tue) deep dive sessions with HQ product teams, August 7th (Wed) creative, branding and social proof sessions.
  3. We are looking at using points for all air travel so please do NOT book anything yet
  4. Travel days will be Departing Sunday 8/4, adjustment day and prep 8/5, meetings full day 8/6 and 8/7, returning 8/8 (There is an option for anyone that wants to stay longer and use personal time you will just need to book your own rooms and of course let me know about requested return travel date so we can make proper flight reservations
