I was made aware of a significant issue: 08/18/2025 11:15:54 AM Chris Krecicki updated lead via import process (Update) Video Gaming Sextortion - Anapol Weiss - AWD - 3PL From what I've been told, this updated the wrong information into the contact card which updated both the intake form and the SEC since the contacts are related. We're talking DOB, SSN, and address. Alex from VSS is saying this happened to multiple files and is impacting their appointment scheduling because of the wrong addresses. If this person is not on your team sorry to involve you but if they are I'd much rather let you guys know directly instead of taking this straight to Cam like other people.
