Yep that is why. We stopped sending to specific BG emails awhile ago and always put their group email on it. So they haven’t added that to their BG group email. I can add it though
oh sorry, I was confused because I was at another similar issue yesterday. This Brian Nettles Maryland BG Levinson email was supposed to trigger via the Webhook. So integrations would have to look into why their webhook is not working correctly. The standard automation has been off for a long time though, not sure why. I can turn it back on if needed
