Flatirons is doing an audit of a sampling of their cases. I need the following for each of the attached cases in the spreadsheet. Please gather each below for each claimant and have emailed to Abe. This needs to be completed by Monday. Note that I have requested the long form interviews for the sexual abuse cases from BG and ACTS.
