@Rose Fleming & @Zekarias Haile, quick meeting to show you how we will fix CC costs quicker than how we do it at EOM. I know why they are now different in SL versus TIP over time. I"ll explain.

Zek, on top of daily numbers, knocking out one month per day will have this resolved in about a week to two weeks for Ownership.

FYI @Nicholas McFadden, this is JUST a FYI for the SL PostGres Call Costs updates due to some Intuit pricing "ad hoc" changes from the past and declines over time. Essentially it's a request from Mark and Rose to adjust SL database to account for things happening daily changing Call Center Costs.

@Ryan I spoke with Rose to make sure the updated months are good to go and she said they are much closer now but still slightly off. I'm wondering if I have to change the sold leads with the total fees as it seems different. Here's July 2024 SL sold leads below for you to compare with the sheet

@Rose Fleming they will always be slightly off because of sold leads that were from prior month and then closed. So Cam and Marc just want it within 1% - 2% accurate or so.
