Good morning @Andy Rogers @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW @Cameron Rentch @Ryan

I've already run this idea by Nick W, Nick McFadden and Alex. They all agree that it would be beneficial. We need to be better at holding people accountable and fixing problems before they make it too far down the production line. I suggest that we start holding a daily standing huddle that lasts, typically, no more than 15 minutes.

We'll need representatives from critical areas (just one or two) and they'll call out the following: Wins from the previous day. Priorities. Stucks/Problems.

The team will then be alerted to what's in process and where we have issues.

I'd like to get an invite out to start these huddles next week. Please let me know the best people to invite. I have: Nick W Nick M Me Dustin Alex/Alan Anthony? (Tony your call here) Brittany

Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

@Malissa can I please make a suggestion. having meetings to have meetings dont generally work and use up too much time. Prior to this I would likle to see:

  1. issues that occured that resulted in problem(s)
  2. whos responsible for the problem
  3. what was done to fix it
  4. how could it be avoided ahead of time Everything is a priority so everyone will have to manage the spinning plates for now
