Ozempic; lawyers are accepting personal injury lawsuits for gastroparesis, ileus and intestinal blockage or obstruction.
Suboxone; lawsuit (opioid tooth decay)
Firefighting Foam; Lawsuits and Settlements; epidemiological data linking long-term exposure to PFAS-containing firefighting foam to adverse effects including a substantially increased cancer risk

Are you trying not to see them come up at all? Currently we would just have you select 'block' on anything that doesn't align with Shield Legal's mentality but that would still come up in the moments within the boards. However, you can filter the view for yourself. Let me send an example to show that. Otherwise - let me ping Reanna to see if we can adjust anything further in the backend advanced settings
This is where you can filter what you want to see based on the action
Topics like Games. We care about video game addiction and not so much the game itself. How would I be able to follow that? Sports, music, E&A, aren't topics we need updates on. Under religion, it would be priest sexual abuse.
We would want to build the boards specific to those more nuanced topics by adding queries potentially. Let me strategize on this and see if I can build out a better board to encompass those topics and what you are trying to achieve. Another option is looking into adding additional questions to the brand profile. This is something our product team would help with and can be customized to shield legals brand mentality.

The top moments board is a quick add bored, so you won’t be able to edit it but if you want to do a custom bored, you can create a new board and then from there be able to edit it when needed
If I turn on logic will I be able to add to the topics in this image?
the and logic would have whatever terms you add paired together - you should just be able to click on whatever events, etc you want to add without having to toggle "and" on
So this would mean all of these events would come into this board if there are moments surrounding them
I would leave the 'and' logic off and just name the board "Events" or whatever name makes the most sense
I don't want to follow events. I want to see what's trending in Ozempic and emerging torts. I would like to be able to just type those in and that's all that shows up.
I just added ozempic as a query to test and created a board on it within the platform. This would capture moments surrounding ozempic. As its a new query it may take a bit to load moments but I'll keep an eye on it. As far as emerging torts that wouldn't be as straightforward so I am working with Reanna if there is a way to capture those moments better.

I also tested this one for video games but we only have one moment come up (it is interesting but I do think the other board we shared previously is more powerful)

I need to do the same for Andy, but I have to develop the content and find the articles to link to fill in when he is not at a conference or speaking. I need to elevate his posts because he is a thought leader. I am so swamped with Shades of Mass starting I can't think straight.

All of it. Julia, our past social specialist, would find five to 10 stories and drop them in the client channel and share with the client to keep us/them updated on the conversations. Julie doesn't get it. She hasn't been engaged in any of your meetings for months. She doesn't think she should be on the calls, but this is a requirement of the role. Mass Torts is complicated. I struggle, but I LOVE this platform.
I gave the directive that Julie will start and ask any questions she needs answered. Then LaToya will follow and I will go last.
Thats good to know what Julia used to do and what Julie isn't so we can help her find the platform useful in her day to day or weekly basis of finding moments. I do think having her go first will be helpful and we can even set aside a separate time for her for training again to deep dive into how she can build her workflow
@deleted-U059JKB35RU, keep it super basic. It's been seven months and we are no further along. She should be able to find stories, draft posts for Patsy and send them over for review. That hasn't happened. Patsy writes the posts and provides the link and she posts. Attached is what Julie should be providing to her. The AI writing feature you have should help her a lot. I need her to go first so I can hear her question and she is engaged. Personal meetings haven't worked and I don't want to waste any more of your time.
Sounds like a plan! We are going to showcase the content marketing generator in our monthly meeting tomorrow and also give Julie the floor to speak and ask questions. I think this will help her engage and allow all of you to give feedback for this new feature so we can wrap it up and get you actually in the tool as soon as possible!

The case mirrors a separate lawsuit against Gerber and Perrigo in Brooklyn federal court by a potential store-brand competitor called P&L Development. A judge in February denied the formula makers' bid to dismiss the case. The companies, in that case, said they “compete fairly with other manufacturers of infant formula, including store-brand infant formula manufacturers.” The consumers' lawsuit cited the earlier case, contending that boxing out P&L Development from the store-brand market has caused them to pay higher prices.

Hi @Adrienne Hester! Hope you are doing well. Just wanted to let you know I am still brainstorming with Reanna to see how we could compare MDL's. I believe the best approach would be using Moments Intelligence for this versus boards so we can track articles over time and be able to go back further in time (as I know the article you sent specifically was from Feb). I have tried multiple searches to see how we can capture this and still trying to find the best one! I did "food lawsuits" in the 'search article body' for the past 3 months and did see a different lawsuit involving Gerber and baby food, along with Beech Nut

I successfully drafted a post for Andy with a hair relaxer update. What I am experiencing is needing to refresh the moments' intelligence dashboard when a search yields nothing. I can't just update the article body or additional article body search tabs with new information. So far I am unsuccessful finding more moments on different topics, but I am not giving up LOL
Here is an example. I changed it from human sex trafficking to human trafficking without refreshing the page. Neither had results.

That is just telling you what your writing style is! It does an analysis of what you would have plugged in
Then once you hit the purple button “create my content” that would be your post!
I was referring to the error message: Must select a moment to generate content...
Ah okay you would need to select the moment prior to the writing style. We have the search set up for you so that’s where you would plug in a keyword you wish to search for and then moments will come up for you to check a box to select!

You would still need to select a moment from the platform which would come from the keyword search - you can’t just put in your own content for it to generate a post
If you want to send me a screen grab of your entire screen I can see what you are trying to search for the moments
There shouldn’t be much for you to fill in. It should just be selecting the post (LinkedIn), tone of voice, and then searching for a moment to select. From there you could paste in the writing style you want and have it analyze it. You don’t necessarily need to add in targeting or campaign details but you can to help direct it further

@Adrienne Hester - the Learning Playground had a lot of the brand profile leaning towards sports and recreation so it makes sense why it kept pulling that into the output of the marketing content generator. If you want to play around in another profile you can for the rest of today and I am going to do an overhaul for that profile to make it more in line with the legal industry and more of the topics you are working with
So just didn't want you to work in there for now as I will be changing things to make this easier on you!

I know the persona builder PDF helped a lot, but I don't have any further feedback from Ryan. I think when talking with him, I suggest inviting Lee and Kelly to the platform. They took over Korbin's tasks. I'm looking forward to the preview.

It will make more sense for us to focus on our needs and for them to focus on theirs. Yes and when I'm in Explore with a specific name like Ben Crump and searching moments, which by the way, pulled some articles today. That is a good thing.
I’m glad articles pulled in! We have been making consistent improvements with moments so I’m glad that’s working, but does sound like an issue with the profile always reverting back to Learning Playground. I’ll flag this to our team and keep you updated!

This would be better for boards as this is a person that you are looking into. Explore is meant for more macro trends overall but I can put a few ideas together tomorrow in boards to see if we can drill down into this and see what explore may have as well! Explore would be more for “Natural Disasters” or “Hurricane Relief” - does that make sense?
