Everything was handled by our attorney Mahjonee during that time. I can help you with research if you can share with me what you have. We will probably need to do research in Smart Advocate, which is the ACTS CRM platform. It will take some time, but it is the only way to figure it out.

hi @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA You and I got tagged in a DM by Cam so we didn't see this. Fortunately Anthony shared lol. More to come in the call center channel but in case Cam says anything to you:

new Sextortion campaign with AWD/Anapol coming shortly. There are two campaigns we will run:

  1. We are going to be sent about 750-900 signed claimants they rec'd from other marketing companies. The intakes are apparently very short, so they want us to: a. verify the claimant is "real" and indeed meets the base criteria and give a disposition for each (ie does not qualify, fraud, etc etc) b. claimants the DO meet criteria they want us to perform a secondary interview (see attached) via VSS team
  2. New campaign where we are generating the leads, performing sign ups and secondary interviews
    1. Review their base criteria vs our base criteria and let me know the differenceThe main this I would like to do is:
  3. review their secondary interview and give me an estimate of how long it will take to complete one, based on a comparision to other abuse case secondary interviews
  4. compare their secondary interview to our standard intake (they seem to be very similar). (my belief is that our standard intake is equal to their secondary interview) I would like to get this done today so I have all answers as we have a call tomorrow at 10am PST.
