Hi Cam. Here is the summary you asked for on Jarret's work. Please let me know if you need more detail. I just met with TJ to review the final changes.

Initial Project - Separate the data needed to manage and report on Non SBA loans and keep it isolated from the other teams. A redesign of Sales Cloud. Detailed steps below.

Strategies for organizing opportunities with specific fields for each product (SBA and Non-SBA Loans) using record types in Salesforce. = Discovery/Meetings (3-4 hours) Opportunity record types, custom fields, new automations to move data around in those fields, new Opportunity page layouts for Non SBA = Completed in the sandbox, will deploy once tested. (9 hours) Validation Rules and Flows adjusted to support the removal of any Loan stages not within Non SBA = Completed in the sandbox, will deploy once tested. (13 hours) A new custom lighting application was designed for Non-SBA Loans = Completed in the sandbox, will deploy once tested. (3.2 hours) Jarret's pipeline report was translated from an Excel report to Salesforce dynamic report and dashboard = Completed in the sandbox, will deploy once tested. (4.5 hours) A new Non SBA pipeline dashboard was created and awaiting to be reviewed with Jarret = Completed in the sandbox, will deploy once tested. (5.2 hours)

We will be deploying these changes to Production next week and reviewing with Jarret when he returns from vacation.

Hello Cam. Good morning. Hope all is well. I have a custom integration scoped out to interact with Baily Glasser's new custom Salesforce API. This will be for AFFF. There is a charge from Law Ruler to cover the customization. The mapping is from Law Ruler directly to Salesforce (aft trigger) via a custom rest API. The estimated time to complete is 4 hours and the total would come to $1,000. We just need a signature to begin configuring the integration. Can you review and let me know if you have any questions and complete, sir. We'll get this built this week and continue testing with John and Chris. Thank you so much!

Hello Cam. Good morning. We've nearly completed the AFFF integration setup (Law Ruler - Salesforce) with Baily Glasser. We have one minor bug to work through as they want state abbreviations on the records vs. full state names. Chris has requested all Baily Glasser AFFF and the following Abuse. Here is what he said.

'If you’re just looking for campaigns to send to Litify for new cases, it would be any BG campaigns for abuse (Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania) or AFFF.'

I've checked with the Operations team here and we have several Closed Firefighting Foam (up to 19). Are you ok with us getting all of these triggered at this point? I can work with Branden and Law Ruler to complete. And are you ok with me getting the six Abuse cases turned on as well?

Hi Cam,

Here’s an update on what I’m currently working on:

Business Funding Group: We're building out Salesforce Sales Cloud for their Non-SBA Loans. This includes creating new opportunity sales processes and designing dashboards and reports for Jarret to track these deals. We're set to demo this on Thursday.

Bailey Glasser: The AFFF integrations have been mapped and tested. There’s one custom field we need to add in the Law Ruler environment because they require state abbreviations, not full state names, for intake addresses. Once that's done, we can activate the Firefighting Foam integration for Bailey Glasser and Shield Legal. I’ll also check the mapping if we plan to reactivate other AFFF case types or legal teams. Chris is sending over his mapping for the sexual abuse case types next, and I’ll handle the Law Ruler to Salesforce mapping once I receive it.

DiCello Levitt: • Intranet Site: Phase I of the corporate team’s Intranet site was released early August. Mark DiCello has requested more detailed pages for reporting and dashboards. I can provide the necessary data after we finalize the Sales Cloud design. I’m also collaborating with the Marketing team to create a home page for their use. Adam asked for a more granular site for his use which I’m also working on.
• Sales Cloud Implementation: I'm working with Nate Jones and Brian O’Mara on a Sales Cloud environment to track leads for the four Stock Fraud cases. I'm building this out in the sandbox today and tomorrow, with a demo scheduled for Brian, Roxana, Ryder, and Diana on Friday. • Questionnaire and Intake Mapping: Back on the 18th, Nick McFadden asked me to create a questionnaire and map some intakes into the DiCello Levitt sandbox, with Abe marking it as a priority. I pushed the updates by the following Monday and received the note from Abe on the 25th (see below). Since then, I haven’t received any further requests, and Abe hasn’t indicated he's waiting on anything from me. It's possible he wants more help here, but neither he or JP have reached out to me yet. JP indicated he wanted to push the Leads in himself through an FTP integration.

Five9 Integration: I’ve been assisting Nick Ward and David Kessler with the Five9 integration, as Nick requested my help. Given my previous experience with Five9 integrations, I’ve provided support where needed. I can also coordinate with Law Ruler and Brian Hirst to ensure our leads reach the dialer with the Law Ruler ID for calling. Let me know if you need anything else or if there are other priorities I should focus on.

This is the part JP told us he was going to handle, however I think that has changed. Over the weekend I got their schema created in Salesforce to support NEC. Integrations is still working on the API, but this week I can support manually triggering over Intakes if you prefer.
