Watch this video, wait for this sheet to be updated from Malissa to see how many of these leads did not fire the "TIP Slack Alerts" Automation set to 0 seconds to fire after THE system changes from "Sent e-Sign" to "Signed e-Sign". This is Priority 1 bug for LawRuler. Please CC me and Cameron on that support email.
@Mark Maniora, please rebuild the Automation including the Email Content and just namer if "TIP Slack Alert 2.0" and make sure we have JUST the <<case description>> fields in the email. Wondering if the Automation got corrupted and is not firing. So creating a new one might resolve this.
@Malissa, video link with proof that the ones in yellow in the sheet DID NOT have the Automation fire.
@Ryan ok the new new one is ready. Want me to turn it on and keep the original one on too?
Pause old one, activate new one and monitor the slack channels to make sure next r-signs post.

hi @here We're having the same issue with Depo Provera. I've attached a file. I still have several to check but thought i'd start here.
@here, I added "Signed e-Sign IN PROCESS" to the LawRuler Automation like Tony does for his e-sign tracker. @Malissa @Greg Owen, keep an eye out for duplicates and let me know if we still have missing ones.

Check the Law Ruler activity logs on each of those, I set this thing up to mirror exactly what Tony uses.
@Ryan I think these are all from before you did the 2.0 update. If tomorrow is off again, Iβll let you know.
Yeah I was looking a little earlier. Can check again later, but I donβt see that email going out. Automation looks okay though
