@deleted-U05EFH3S2TA @deleted-U071ST51P18 @deleted-U067A4KAB9U @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW Flatirons claimaing the following from the data. I need to "counter" these claims OR provide updated and accurate information:

@Nicholas McFadden note abiove
Will review and get you comments for each
@Nicholas McFadden I have @deleted-U067A4KAB9U @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA @deleted-U071ST51P18 digging through all individual cases to evaluate if updated to reflect proper status, please do your own investigation as well
@Cameron Rentch As I review these cases, it appears that ALL incomplete items are being categorized as non-responsive. In the case of NEC, there are 78 e-sign finals that are less than 30 days from the e-sign date. If we were to establish the threshold for non-responsiveness at 30+ days, this adjustment reduces the non-responsive rate from 19% to 8%. Similarly, for MD Juv Hall, there are 23 cases under 30 days, bringing the non-responsive rate down to 11%. This approach may provide a clearer perspective on where we are and where we need to focus.
@deleted-U05EFH3S2TA good please go through each of the above, and give me a breakdown as follows:
1. Hair Relaxer
a. 40+ interviews schedule but not complete
1. Camp Lejeune
a. Status of CLJA claim forms. Many claimants showing as unfiled
1. NEC/Baby Formula
a. 19% of cases are non-responsive
b. Using 30 days of less = ____incomplete, or ___% incomplete
1. PA
a. 25% of case are non-responsive
b. Using 30 days of less = ____incomplete, or ___% incomplete
1. IL
a. 30% of cases are non-responsive
b. Using 30 days of less = ____incomplete, or ___% incomplete
1. MI
a. 37% of cases are non-responsive
b. Using 30 days of less = ____incomplete, or ___% incomplete
1. NH
a. Next steps for claim submission.
b. 15% of cases are non-responsive
c. Using 30 days of less = ____incomplete, or ___% incomplete
1. MD
a. 27% of cases are non-responsive
b. Using 30 days of less = ____incomplete, or ___% incomplete
1. LA County Juvenile
a. 26% of cases are non-responsive
b. Using 30 days of less = ____incomplete, or ___% incomplete
1. Women’s Prison
a. 30% of cases are non-responsive
b. Using 30 days of less = ____incomplete, or ___% incomplete
@Cameron Rentch As we are backfilling manually today, this should give you a clear picture on actual non- responsive vs Incomplete <30 days) Let me know if you want to change how this is presented as number will change tomorrow as more manual entry is completed
@deleted-U05EFH3S2TA i would like to jump on a call now or at 415 with everyone to review where we are. @deleted-U067A4KAB9U @deleted-U071ST51P18 @Nicholas McFadden

@deleted-U04GZ79CPNG @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA @deleted-U067A4KAB9U here is what Flatirons is referencing with Camp Lejeune
look on the benchmark reporting camp lejeune "complaint created and verified" for EO is 1, for NON EO is 2. Howver to complaint completed EO is 303, and for non EO it is 460>
We need to get these entries updated in system to show what was created and sent to DL, they have had WAY MORE than 1 or 2. Fix this immediately @deleted-U04GZ79CPNG @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA @deleted-U067A4KAB9U
@Cameron Rentch We have not sent any Complaints to DL. There should be 0s for the EO and non-EO. I will remove the data for those so they all show 0. We do not have a finalized document or process for sending these to DL. I can reach out to Abe about setting up a meeting so we can begin sending this data.
@deleted-U04GZ79CPNG SHORT FORM COMPLAINTS WE HAVE SENT
these are the only complaints. Short form PFS, so we need up[date this field to have accurate counts of what we have sent
@deleted-U05EFH3S2TA @deleted-U067A4KAB9U ^
@Cameron Rentch We have only send form 95s for Camp Lejeune. Do you want me to change those fields to tracking form 95s?
@deleted-U04GZ79CPNG on the benchmark sheet is the scheduled and completed referencing on the benchmark tabs, the form 95's or something else?
@Cameron Rentch It is referencing the complaint, not the form 95. I have never sent Abe a camp lejeune complaint
@deleted-U04GZ79CPNG ok we are aligned now. Please "zero out" the "created and verified" as DL is NOT filing these complaint forms at this time
@Cameron Rentch @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW I emailed the BG/DL Flatirons claimants without an unknown 2nd Interview status to BG for updates. I was able to reconcile the 9 ACTS claimants manually researching through Smart Advocate and my own MIA reporting. Everything with ACTS CA JUV Hall is now also in Law Ruler.
@Cameron Rentch Camp Lejeune created and verified has been 0'd out and I have updated the fields in LR accordingly.
@Cameron Rentch All FileVine only Flatirons secondary interview completions sent by Chris Odle, that were not recorded in the CSP tab in Law Ruler, have now been updated. When we generate a new benchmark report, the completion numbers for Illinois (IL) and Maryland (MD) will reflect these updates.
awesome @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA let's get this updated today @deleted-U04GZ79CPNG appears that most are completed
@deleted-U05EFH3S2TA did you copy me on the email to ACTS?
@Cameron Rentch Due to the fact that we compiled a manual list of MIA's for ACTS, I only had a few that I verified in Smart Advocate Therefore I didn't need to email ACTS,
ok great @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA so all of the Chowchilla and LA Juv hall will be updated in benchmark, correct?
@deleted-U05EFH3S2TA is there any chance you can update this sheet for me ahead of mtgs today? This way we can demonstrate the % change?
