This is the main channel that has most of the "nuts and bolts" of what is going on. There will be a message from Monday.com when a campaign setup is complete and goes live. If you scroll up to Monday the 15th at 3:00pm you will see one that opened.

How can I see the campaign activity? I'm specifically looking for the active Morris AFFF campaign. In my past life I was copied on all the retainer emails, so I could see the signed retainers in real time.
If you have access to Law Ruler, you can and can run the reports. If not, you need to ask Brianna or Dennis to run the report and send it to you.
Or if you have access to their Looker Studio Dashboard you can see how it is going there. But that is usually a day behind. I can tell you they are currently at 13 signed contracts and have $104,500 left in their budget. Brianna and Dennis wont know the details about how much they have spent or what they have remaining, as they aren't to know the financials of the campaigns.

Hey Patsy, in the sales pipeline, you have 3 campaigns in the "invoice signed & funded" column (Watts Hermit's Peak Wildfire, Texas Panhandle Wildfire, and Watts Maui Wildfire). Have payments been received for these? If so, do you have a date and we can get them moved over to the order pipeline as Funded Setup and won.
They are sitting there without the status of WON because I don’t have the retainer packets or criteria yet. We can’t move them to the order pipeline yet.
We just had a call with them and it’s going to take some time. Once I have everything I need I will move it to WON and it will automatically populate the Order Pipeline.

I don't do anything with Levinson as that is one of Cameron's clients. I can tell you that the email distribution list for signed retainers has dan@levinsonlegalgroup.com listed as the recipient. That is the only email I can see.

Since Andy is out, can you confirm that Walsh ran Ozempic for $75k...and he is now in the process of renewing/adding $25k? I'm just trying to help while he's out.
Yes, the initial campaign was for $75k. I wasn't given a $$ amount for extending the campaign, but to increase the cap for another 20 signups according to Cameron. Based on current pricing, that would be $38k (20 @ $1,900 each). That $38k is based on pricing staying at $1,900.
Maybe it has something to do with a credit then. The invoice that went out again today is only for $25k. I'm not going to get all caught up in the middle. I'm just trying to help Andy while he's out. I'm going to enter the opportunity for $25k in Copper and you can modify it as needed once he's back and can explain it all.
One more thing. I see a note from Ron Makarem that he's trying to get Andy to give him a refund of his AFFF balance of $30,500. His note says he spent $650,000 total, but I don't see anything that big in Copper. Is there an order missing?
You're not missing anything on Makarem. Previous orders are not entered into Copper. He has sent us $650,000 for AFFF campaigns, with his last payment on 3/25/24 before we started using Copper.
As for Walsh Ozempic. I have no idea. I just have a note from Cameron (posted on the adminshiledcallcenter slack channel) to increase the cap on that campaign by 25. I'll make the necessary adjustments if we receive the $25k.
I didn't know Andy was out. How long is he out for?
I'm really not sure I should be sharing details, but he had a retina detachment and had to have some sort of laser treatment today. Knowing him, he won't take time off to recover like I think he needs to do. Please keep this between us because I'm not sure who he's telling.

I also mark them as WON. When you change the status to WON it will automatically move the opportunity to the Order Pipeline. Make sense?
Dragging it to WON also allows the attorneys and firm to be changed to "current customer" automatically.

Looks like we are all set to go. I just had LeadsPedia turned on for the campaign. Between you and I, this looks like it was a miss from Cameron as he is the one that is supposed to turn on Leadspedia once we are good to go. Not sure how you want to say that to Greg G, but they should start seeing signups as leads will start coming in now.

Hardison has been live since 5/16 (see above from 5/21). Cochran went live on 5/21. There have been no signups for either one yet, so no signed retainer emails. AWD isn't finished yet. Here's the update from 5/21 on AWD: Anthony Soboleski [12:32 PM] @Cameron Rentch @Mark Maniora just got out of the meeting for Paraquat - AWD - Wagstaff - Shield Legal, for integration purposes, they would like the PDF intake form they sent to be attached so I will be updating that and change the status on the Monday board. They would like to test before Friday so I will have that done before then and get everything mapped out.

Yes its possible. Luke may not have the dashboard set up for Cochran yet as I haven't received an email with the link to their dashboard

Oh! You are correct. I don’t move it beyond that status. I’m only supposed to move my deals to Invoice Signed and Funded in the Sales Pipeline and then mark it as WON. When I do that it should automatically move it to the Order Pipeline in Funded Setup.
I asked Ryan to call me so I can better understand where things are getting backed up.

It is showing on the monday board, but he may mean he hadn't turned on LeadsPedia yet and wont until after the holiday.
I'm just trying to figure all this out so I understand how it works going forward. At the same time he told me that about Hardison, he said the same thing about Cochran...but I knew Cochran was already live because I was already seeing signed retainers.

How do I get my email address added to the Shield distribution list?
I'm not sure what distribution list you mean. The distribution list for when the retainers go out?
When I set up new campaigns I always ask to have my email address added to the signed retainer distribution. I did that on this new Cumberland campaign and I saw that Cameron notified the channel to use the "shield distro". I am almost positive my email address is not a part of that list.
Ah, yes. Mark Maniora sets up the distro lists for the campaigns and he can probably add you. He is out on PTO in Mexico the rest of this week, and will be back on Monday.

It is frustrating, but it really is a matter of, if the PNC answers the phone when contacted. I can see the leads as I don't get access to Law Ruler. But I will have someone look into it.

The only hair relaxer campaigns we have running are all with Crump and I don't have any pricing on them. The criteria states Uterine, Endometrial and Ovarian cancers.

That is done by Luke. Luke doesn't have access to Copper so he wouldn't see it. Normally the attorney requests access when they get their first update that gets sent to them on Mondays (by clicking the link in the email). Luke will then get a notification that someone is requesting access and he then will message me to make sure the person requesting access is authorized to have access. Once I give authorization, Luke will get them access and they get an email letting them know they can access the the dashboard.
