I am concerned that, even if we get a response from the VA saying that it is ok to submit the document split into 3 pages with a signature, that it may not be accepted by everyone. From what Alan has experienced and Diana confirmed, it seems to be at the whim of the person who received the request whether or not they will approve it or kick it back.

Yeah, it would only be if we collect them all via LR, then have the smart people code it out to combine the docs, then reapply to LR with the final docs all together. It seems like a lot of risk.
