Once he gives the approval, I'll send an invoice. Just want to avoid issues like the last time. I did a pivot table and checked the campaign names line by line and didn't see anything concerning.

Basically if I can get the September reports / back ups with Lead IDs of only billable post retainers, I can mark them declined if not in the report.

I would need the detail from the Dashboard that included Lead ID and compare that with the Law Ruler Status Report that I ran on 10-1 for VSS completions. There are some easy errors to spot. Van Chowchilla for some reason was retriggered in September which gave a false positive to the Dash #'s . The ACTS JUV and ACTS Adult documents have not been added to the Dashboard after they were chanbged from ACTS Fact sheet on 8-1-2024

*Thread Reply:* Please understand that we/I create new leads manually everyday by Intake Case Type for VSS and CSP's . To add additional variables to this process could prove problematic. I desperately need an automation that creates the secondary lead (s) based on Intake going FINAL. The current process is not scalable, let alone adding additional complexities.
