You make him receive all client emails, have Dwight train him on your "requirements per integration" and make him have a Google Doc checklist for each client that he gets checked-off. This way, you avoid having to email clients back and forth. Just be sure to start that you, Dwight and him are all on client calls. As Cameron says, encourage Greg to get calls setup to get requirements, requirements timing and manage that until you can trust a Greg Owen to run calls with Dwight. The more "senior" the people on the call, the more you should be on it. Capice? 😉

those errors in the postback zap are because I'm returning a 500 response when certain things happen. I forgot that zapier freaked out whenever they get a 500 error. I'm going to update the code to return a different response code
Can you look in your TikTok App logs to make sure that on 4/4/24, today, you see these 5 Signed e-Sign Final events were sent? These are new leads from today all have signed. LR shows them all sending it via the automation @Mike. Thank you. I ask b/c the report in TTAA for Intuit CP only shows 7 contact attempted at this time. But not the Signed e-Signs

@Mike, in our Zapier I setup this without any hassle which is Facebook Lead Ads to TrustedForm where we do not need an ActiveProspect or LeadConduit account. LeadConduit is not a special tool for this, I think you have this all wrong. We only need a TrustedForm Shield Legal account setup to hold our Facebook Lead Ads certificates. That's it. Go in and see this Zapier I created and walkthrough it. $2500 per month for LeadConduit is way too much.
@Mike, read this from the Bot in Zapier. You ONLY need them to setup the field and pass it so that it can be populated and pushed to TrustedForm account.

btw if we don't want to pay for claiming the certificates, in the past we've have it setup to where we get the generated certificate but the client pays the fee for claiming it. I asked on the call, and that option is still available
the certs get generated on our end through tf's integration. those certs will be in our account, but unless they are "claimed" they will be deleted shortly after creation. it's been a while since I set one up like that, but I believe the client has the ability through the tf's ui (and maybe an api call) for them to claim the certificate, absorbing the additional cost
unless you just want us to claim them all for our records
I have to do 1 more call with them for onboarding/demo. I'll inquire more about the process then

it uses an LR automation to send an email to zapier, and zapier passes the data to my webhook. the data includes the lead's LP id.. I hit the LP api to grab the lead data. then the platform is determined by looking at the s1 value to see if it contains "fb" or "facebook"
@Mike, yeah. Zero leads in Leadspedia have a Facebook Instant Form Lead ID in the S5, so you have must have forgot to post that value back into Leadspedia, therefore your look up will not work. Please fix ASAP and retest.

I got the zaps updated to include the fb lead id. I'm going through the logs this morning to find all the pixels that I haven't received from the MBs yet

I already have the pixel ids, events, etc for several verticals for jack and john both. I updated all the zaps I could the other day to add the fb id.. there were a few older zaps that I couldn't edit because the mb's fb account is no longer linked. I don't think they are still being used but I'll revisit and reevaluate them today

@Mike, duh, you just need this CSV which is Jack's e-signs for June 2024 MTD through now. You have LP LeadIDs when not a referral (4 rows have char value of "Referral".
I found two forms for jack, but none of john's csv indicates any forms (going by the s1 value which always has "FORM" in it for native forms)
I'll wait to hear back from him or follow up if I haven't heard anything soon
jack isn't running any fb native forms right now, so that explains why I'm not seeing any of his data
