hi @deleted-U06F9N9PB2A and @Nicholas McFadden I made some notes in our huddle today around the idea of account managers of sorts. Here's what i kind of threw together real quick:

Person 1 - All VGA/All Meadow Person 2 - All JUV Hall/Chowchilla Person 3 - Other/All DL

Responsibilities in no particular order: • Ensure all campaign updates are completed • Work with Sales Ops manager to set up campaigns in TIP intake programs • Run reports as needed • Audit campaigns to check for accuracy • Work with integrations team to establish successful integrations • Work with VSS team • Make sure all fields for intake are properly recorded (eg - gamer tags)

for sure. i would pitch it as a necessity when big partnerships start or larger volume campaigns. it's all fluid. i would likely define it more so by big partnerships... ex: all meadow campaigns regardless of co-counsel or all Dicello campaigns.

Yeah and some of that I do but there's stuff i might not be able to because of bandwidth or it's a tip thing or something.

ya i also think its more project management for the campaign regardless of dep scope. so the point person who makes sure that when the template is being created in that quick turnaround time that reporting and/or integ doesnt have any quick suggestions to make sure THEIR job wont be a wildfire. what is best for one department is not usually best for the wraparound project
