They would be used on our organic feed channel. As long as we do not place spend behind them or use them in actual ads account, then we would be fine. It’s more for discovery and relatable content.

This plan focuses on building up endurance, strength, and speed very gradually and giving you a smaller taper so that you go in relatively fresh, but not too rested
This is the same plan I used to train to qualify for Boston. I ran a 2:55 marathon following the plan to qualify.

Seriously, 2:55 is beyond impressive! That is insane.
I aim to complete the marathon even if I have to jog it. This is a lifelong dream, and I think at 32, I am in the best shape to do it! Just need to follow this training plan!

This was our free test session. We initially wrote a script, but once we started recording, it felt too rigid for the video format. So instead, we ad-libbed and improvised. Moving forward, the format will lean more toward an interview or conversational style, tailored to each guest.

HI @Cameron Rentch - hope you are well. I have completed a week and a half of training. I am up to 5 miles now. My heart rate is still a little high at 178, but I am trying to find ways to train it to go down. Also, I got fitted for Brooks running shoes to help support my ankles when I run.
