Hey Mike, thinking about the Microsoft Power Automate account, who owns it and the budget of 'credits'? Does it happen often where we run out?

I know I've seen how it works in Zapier that there is a running countdown, but I don't want to assume they are the same.

You mentioned setting up a guide/list/etc of things you had for the Integrations team, any progress/update on that?

We have a new API integration coming through and we would like to see your ticketing system in action for this one. Please share a link and/or access when you are able to for @Nicholas McFadden and I.

@Nick Ward there are no credits or anything associated with PA that I'm aware of. Basically, make sure the bill is paid and you should be good. You guys have pretty much already covered everything I had on the list I was making, so it's redundant now. In regard to the ticketing system, we should get together and figure out how you guys want to handle that because the current help desk is $59/seat/month, plus I'm about to switch to a new help desk system for tech support

Ok thanks, I will follow-up with Dwight on the credit issue because he made it sound like this is an issue that comes up regularly enough that there is a process to work off of another account to keep working. I'll keep you posted.

@Nick Ward I believe what he is referring to is that we occasionally get rate limited by gmail when polling the inbox for new records

That typically happens with the data@shield-legal inbox. When it happens we switch the connection to the devtest inbox. Dwight will know what I'm talking about.

Yep, that was it, good call! He knew that the devtest inbox was the backup plan, but this was the first instance of having to go that route.
