Good morning, There was a slight mix-up with some of the review files and 709153 ended up getting signed. Looking back at chat history, I dont think this one was sent to you and we reviewed before we began pestering you with firm review files.

PNC was sexually abused in California at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by two Leaders of the Church. Elder Jenkins and Elder Matthews abused the PNC between 1992 and 1993, during two instances of oral copulation and rape.

However, the reason For Review: PNC is currently 44 years old and was born in 1981. Per the criteria, the PNC must currently be 39 years old or younger and born on or after 1986.

Criteria states - "If Abuse occurred in CA/OR/WA AND out of SOL: ◦ Send for review (DO NOT SIGN) IF: ▪︎ The client is currently over 39 years old (They may still be accepted on a case-by-case basis)"

Joanna Lizarraga Declined - Credit She hung up on us after her facts didn’t add. I questioned her about the inconsistencies and advised her that she will be prosecuted for fraud if she’s lying. While I was talking to her about that, she hung up on us.

Debra Jimenez Perez Declined- Credit Lied. Her story made no sense.

Tracy Fournier Declining Credit Left her a vm and sent her 3 emails. No response. Did not respond to PI either.

Jacqueline Soares Declined Credit SOL issues. Also lied. She said officer smith is black. He's a white man who is currently on trial.

QA without the “WIP” means treat as Final, in other words “Signed E-sign QA” is a place holder for things that are moved out of Final. They are counted the same as Finals with billing.

The 780995 might be the only one with a pending issue since it’s in WIP. I’ll give them all a look just to be safe.

there is no e-sign associated with that file. PD agent was reviewing the file to see if it was a valid DQ. She had incorrectly put it in Signed e-Sign IN PROCESS.

It turned out it was not a valid DQ and placed it in Revisit Lead status in the event the campaign re-opens or if campaign can be switched.
