Good Morning Team. Ok, as of today we have a new approach to everything. We are going to completely reverse course.

-Starting today, you are going to go back to calling all of the clients yourselves to get the HIPPAs signed. We are not going to wait on the CSP team to do it. They just won’t get it done fast enough. So for any HIPPAs you have already completed, go ahead and call the client and try to get it signed and then send the fax immedietely.

-We are setting a daily target 10 records ordered for each of you. This is just a target. Let’s do our best to reach it daily. That will mean we are hopefully ordering ~100 records per week.

-I will be sharing a google sheet with both of you by the end of the day where you can track the number of records we order by day by case type.

-Starting today, we need to make sure we are ordering records for each of the three case types that currently need medical records ordered. Paraquat, CPAP, and Hair Relaxer. We must start getting records for CPAP and Hair Relaxer and not just Paraquat.

-Please work on clients that are somewhat newer today. As we discussed yesterday, until I know what Shan and Malissa have already worked on, I want to make sure we are not doing double work. But since we have HIPPAs completed already and awaiting signature, you will have to find a starting point/date that works. Just make your best guess for now.

-I will speak to the CSP department and tell them they no longer need to call to get signatures on HIPPAs. Buy you will now be marking both boxes in the Monday board and completing the benchmark dates on the CSP tabs in Lawruler.

You guys are doing an amazing job. Keep it up. Hopefully this new plan will help get us caught up and we won’t have to worry about what any other departments are doing or not doing. Please let me know if you have any questions. I have some work to do this morning and then I will be in the office. We will touch base then.
