NickW & NickM, I am not sure what has trickled across other means but I believe you are both aware of the Abe/DL Request to have our users, across our departments/roles, to be in Sync with the Services (access) and Licensing needs @ DL. I wanted to know if between the 2 of you and whoever else, can we get this determined and reviewed with me, by Friday Morning, so we can relay to Abe/DL? I didn't want to get HR departments into this process. Thoughts/Needs to complete? Thank you

@Joe Santana this is the first I am hearing of a need to do this, but we can make it happen by then. Right now we should only have the Medical Records Team and a couple of @Nicholas McFadden's folks who have DL licenses.

per a text with NickW, is the Sikich request and the licensing request the same thing? I was under the impression the "Sikich" had more to do with Data Usage/alignment, not Licensing/Access, but again I have pieces being thrown at me, thank you for clarifying.

I'd propose that the ticket be updated with weekly with a statement in comments as to 'No updates to staffing/licenses' and we use this ticket thread for new user requests as well. Alan can own this.

I've spoken with McFadden on a part of this, as it turns out, this was "not the same thing" and I wasn't able to get a confirmation, from Abe on that question alone until this morning.

As NOT wanting to confuse anyone else, I don't want to discuss further, here, but what he was actually asking about was End Point and Campaign Flow, updates - This has been communicated to Abe, directly and waiting to have a further conversation later today.

@Joe Santana Alan is updating the sheet on the 30th and intends to continue to own this. I have not had any recent conversations with Abe to know what else is being brought up if it is not the same thing and is related to End Points and Campaign Flow (which is BI and Integrations). @Nicholas McFadden has regular conversations with him and should weigh in.
