Good Morning! I just wanted to give you guys a heads up (and I realize this heads up is a little late so I apologize for that) but there was a new Milestone Tracking tab added into all the case types.
This is kind of going to slowly replace the 'CSP ONLY' tab where we enter the Medical Records Ordered/Received, Interview Scheduled/Completed/Verified, and Identity Verification dates, BUT this tab is going to be available on the Secondary leads and the Medical Records leads, so if they're working out of a Secondary Interview or Medical Records lead, they can just post that information there.
Another change is that we added fields to the General Questions tab in all case types for 'Intake Lead ID' and 'Secondary Lead ID' just to put the connected leads ID # into.
I'm HOPING not much will change with the processes that you guys do other than putting the dates into the Milestone Tracking tab in that respective case type that's being worked out of, but we also removed the Yes/No questions. If there's a date, that means the step was completed, if there's no date then it's not completed yet, but if you have any questions, please let me know! I'm hoping to make this as painless as possible 🙂
Just to confirm -- what is the "MAIN" lead that should be the master lead with all this info? the secondary lead?
We have been entering the intake lead ID into the company name in the contact card information. will this now be entered into the intake lead ID spot instead of where we have been entering it?
We will be pulling both, but it's whichever one the agents work out of most. @deleted-U06F9N9PB2A If agents work primarily out of the Secondary lead ID's, then they can put the dates/information in that tab in the Secondary Lead.
For the Intake Lead ID, you can enter that information on the General Questions tab @deleted-U04TA486SM6
I don't know how often you guys open the intake or use the information within the intake leads, but the goal is to migrate the "Identity Verification, Secondary Interview, and Medical Records' information into the secondary/medical records cases.
Can you guys move that milestone tab? It's right in the front and confusing a lot of agents
@deleted-U055HQT39PC will work on that now, it'll probably be a little bit. @deleted-U06F9N9PB2A question, if BG & Dicello are both on a case, would they share the same Case ID? Or would they each have different case ID's?
each have different based on their internal software... for instance they will have a Project ID, lead generator ID, and then a billing ID... They may correlate contingent on the retainer and who is primary litigator (and who we essentially bill to for services rendered)
It's mainly used for Dicello's 'Needles ID' or 'Matter ID' but if there's a specific ID that would be helpful for your department to have on there, it can be added. A majority of these fields will not be interacted with on certain leads, but I'll update that field to show Needles ID/Matter ID. If you want a specific field added for tracking purposes, lemme know! This tab was essentially created to improve tracking and reporting throughout LawRuler through the fields that we add
Nope not needed. I already do a weekly report to firms that combines into the monthly billing based on completions. I just wanted to make sure our department does the tasks that fit the needs of the intent behind the changes! :)
@here What's going on with this Milestone Tracking tab? It's in EVERY case type by default and I can't remove it. We are sending that tab to every attorney
@deleted-U055HQT39PC it's deleted currently, working on a workaround that won't cause the sky to fall here

Thanks, Aidan. A lot of moving components but appreciate your diligence.
Of course! I was trying to get something together where we're able to track every case more efficiently, if I find another way around it, i'll try and keep you guys updated 🙂
