@Cameron Rentch here are the requested reports, but the DL - Flatirons Depo case type does not have any California or Massachusetts data, so I just included all the states in the pivot tables just in case you needed it.

We're also only tracking the dates of a maximum of 5 shots per lead. If you need anything updated on these reports just let us know!

Good Morning @Cameron Rentch so the Yes's for the first half of each portion (screenshots attached) of the report are the total count of leads that have had 2+ shots in California or Massachusetts. These have been divided between blue (2004-Present) and orange (1992-2003) for the date ranges specified.

For shots given in 1992-2003 there are 23 leads with 2+ shots given between those dates. For shots given in 2004-2025 there are 26 leads with 2+ shots given between those dates.

After that, the 2nd portion of each color are what type of treatment those 23 & 26 leads received.

For example, in 1992-2003, 15 leads received none of the treatments listed and 5 received 'Surgery'. and in 2004-Present, 11 leads received none of the treatments listed, and 2 received 'Radiation AND Surgery'.

Did you want the specific amount of leads with 2+ shots for each state? The "Yes" (the 23 and 26 shots) currently are a combined amount of California and Massachusetts for each date range, do you want us to show "of the 23 total shots, 20 are from CA and 3 are from MA" for each date range?

@Cameron Rentch Here is the GoogleSheet for Wood Pellets BCL/ELG. We are still working on ways to make this more automated, as it was time-consuming to take the injury data for the claimants with multiple injuries and separate that out to provide accurate counts.

There are 2 tabs with the tables you requested, because the tables are large and did not all fit nicely in one tab. The first Tables tab has the following tables: • Total signed clients by status • Property damage or injury counts by facility • Tiers of injury clients by facility* The second Tables tab has the following tables: • Main injury by facility (overview) • All injuries by facility (detailed view) *In the table Tiers of injury clients by facility, there are some claimants (34) with N/A for tier. This corresponds to clients who are in the Property damage case type but have an injury identified. I am sending these over to be reviewed for possible change of case type. You should see these resolved over the next few days.
