@Cameron Rentch I really appreciate you putting this together for me! I’m going to review it and let you know if I have any questions. I feel like we are getting close to turning a page with the business and I’m glad there are things I can do to grow along with it. Thank you for everyone’s time and input!

Hey everyone, Nick and I got together and talked about Darrell and will implement a project management meeting for him every week, ensure he is pacing to checking things off the list for DiCello.

We know there’s a little bit of the law firm, changing the requirements quite a bit, and even pointing the finger at us for loading leads without lead IDs when it was done by their team.

With that being said, the goal is to make them happy and we will review his weekly work, send a status but first we are identifying the highest priority milestone that Abe needs.

If we continue to see struggles and performance, we will follow the company policy and bring it to Shellie. And then we will all discuss next steps.

But just to put a next step suggestion out there that I believe is strategic. If we don’t charge anything for this service just to help DiCello, and they have this new consultant datavative, it could be an opportunity to not offer this, terminate the resource and get shield out of the crosshairs of this technical stuff so it can focus on what it does for DiCello best, acquire cases.

Nick also mentioned it was approved for a salesforce administrator to help Darryl, which is a great solution because from what I’ve understood he is on top of things but the goal post keep moving, and there needs to be an additional resource to act as administrator while he continues configuration , version control, and data management. I got three resumes and will let Cory know which ones looks efficient so we can start that process.

Thanks.

@Ryan 3 resumes for the Salesforce role? The resumes I sent you to review were for the Flatirons BI Analyst and/or my Senior Data Engineer (Shane replacement).

BTW I agree with Ryan's sentiments above^. Think some extra help, guidance, and a buffer between him and DiCello should clear things up.

I got my wires crossed, it was some phone breaking up when we talked. I noticed after I read the first one that it’s definitely a stronger analyst. I’m sending the rest of responses now.

For Flatirons , I picked three best based on skills and education and experience
