@Malissa as long as they are dual rep they should always be accepted as returns. If you can get Jackson involved with them, he can’t track and log them and I can review other reasons every week and notate in the sheet.

6 on our end don't match their document - 4 were sent by Jackson for credit approval already. 2 on their document are signed & declined on our end.

When all discrepancies are removed, both documents show 135.

Yeah their total count is 137 (with the two we show as signed and declined). if we credit the 4 Jackson sent Cam, we're at 137. So we'd match.

Ben at GFO is very insistent about getting a refund for the unresponsive claimants I've listed above ^. I think i need to escalate to you, Cam because as far as I know, that's not approved. I appreciate any help with that. They don't want any refunds yet until those are included.
