@here Hey guys, quick update on Five9 following a chat with Pete just now. Brett indicated they would seek finance approval on the term, and they are now going to approve the 6 month term with a good faith clause. Next step will be a call tomorrow afternoon or early Friday to have legal move this closer to signoff. Invite to come @Darrell and @Michael Brunet.

Yes all terms reviewed & approved- it’s a six month term - but the upfront costs are not refundable.
