@Ryan heads up, in the TIP financials DB the contracts under ACTS should be at $142 each, not $122. their talk time is also calculated differently, not sure if that affects the DB

@Debbie ACTS is not very happy with us at the moment. Cameron has a call with them today to discuss. Hopefully we can get some things resolved so that we can get this sent out.
