We are going to have to update the automation for Medical Malpractice LSA - ACTS - ACTS - Shield Legal (and the other ACTS inbounds, but that will happen tomorrow when I get more clarification). The new trigger status will be Case Review - Phone Transfer and Case Review - Email Transfer. They no longer want a signed retainer, so the cases will not be going FINAL. Please let me know when you have updated the automation and I will put out the guidance to the agents so no cases fall through the cracks

Auto Accidents LSA is changed to signed e-sign
Can you please update the following ACTS automations to include these emails? eascencio@actslaw.com needs to be added to Birth Injury and mescalona@actslaw.com needs to be added to all of the new ACTS campaigns (the PPC ones). Can you also check to make sure iakopyan@actslaw.com is also on all of the automations? Firm said they believe that last email is on most but they want to verify that it is on all.
Some of the questions are missing from the email body for Personal Injury ACTS. Can you check it out and update if need be?
For some reason the firm emails me when they have these issues (probably because I respond, ha). They were specifically missing the date of injury question and I didn't see it in the email they forwarded me. Not sure if there are other missing questions too.

You should have permission. Did you set up the Gmail integration?
I created the automation to notify you via Monday. You may have to tweak your notification settings in Monday to receive them in your email. If you do not want to receive all notifications to your email, you can change your notification settings by board to limit it. Let me know if there are any issues

You should be able to adjust your notification settings so you can get less of the unimportant notifications

Generic information: We need to quickly get the pdf version of the intake and the retainer docs downloaded out of LR for multiple leads across 4 different case types. The automation just needs to send those attachments and have a specific subject line (detailed below). Regarding the email automations we briefly discussed earlier: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1H2fATZ59ms3TxYnKGM8rGsVNU7Ab9zRwfWB8oWa64w4/edit?usp=sharing This spreadsheet has the different email subjects and bodies for each of the case types. You can combine the states with 2 into one automation with both case types. Status trigger is Signed e-Sign FINAL, with a 3 day delay on sending the email. Email should be going to the client and coming from Alexandra Cuozzo. The image in the docs for the body should go in the email. If you have trouble getting it in there, let me know. I tested it out already separately and had to modify the image a bit for sizing to make it work with the template LR has.

I received some replies indicating that: > Doug Rochen drochen@actslaw.com and Chloe Gelpieryn cgelpieryn@actslaw.com are not active members of ACTS Law anymore and a request to remove them from the distros. The firm also requested that we add a few others to the ACTS distros: > add Paula Andrea Pazmino papazmino@actslaw.com and Mark Mina mmina@actslaw.com for intake related communications.
