@Mike @Ryan can you please please post the answer to the above questions. Whatever you guys did in the previous business manager and ad accounts I need to know exactly the fields that we landed on that we posted in from law ruler into TikTok CRM events.
@Cameron Rentch I'm working with @Yan Ashrapov on this. TT never enabled the crm events in the new account, and I don't have access to the old account. I do remember from last time though that we ended up only tracking the "signed e-sign" event, because we only wanted positive intent

@Ryan that was the original plan but in the end we did not track all of those
tt told us to only track "positive intent" actions, and the only one that really made any sense was "signed e-sign"
@Cameron Rentch @Ryan @Nicholas McFadden @Yan Ashrapov I found a way to sort of access some of the older tt accounts and can confirm we only tracked the e-sign event.
That is TikTok, Facebook was only the positive ones

Got it, figured the algo didn't need to know what not to do.
Beside the Signed E-Sign events I was thinking we could also use: Scheduled Appointment, Appointment Confirmed, Sent e-Sign
Was considering some of the Case Review statuses but after further discussion won't help
