@Ryan Hey Ryan, I got your email, but I'm confused on what you are looking for. You mentioned 35-40 case types, but what cases are you looking for? What are you trying to see?
@deleted-U06GD22CLDC, ask Tony which cases to highlight, then we can focus on those only for their pricing modeling exercise.
Ok I'll ask him again. He mentioned something about open case types, but we have 113 open shield legal campaigns. I'll ask for more clarity
We need the 113 open ones highlighted some color as a row, and have you complete the Agent Commission, the Points, Category, Denomination, etc in blue. The Tony and Brian T. are doing the columns in yellow headers.
If this was a pull from the tables the tool was updating, then it seems like some of these didn't save, as I went through and entered them all in to the tool last time you asked. I have highlighted the campaigns we need to focus on in yellow. I will go through and update the blue columns that didn't save by EOD tomorrow.
Ok. Great. I’ll update the table once we have what we need.
All of the highlighted yellow case types have the fields filled out in your spreadsheet now
You might be able to simplify some of this as the points, category, and commission rate are all tied together
might be able to do a formula such as "if 2 points, make category 1 and 20 commission rate" "if 3 points, make category 2 and 30 commission rate"
Also I noticed some of these still had a 0 billing rate, and I believe that was Melissa's task
Can you give me a table that shows the points formulas laid out?
Sorry about that, I was away from my desk. Did you get all the information you needed from James, or would you still like to have a brief call?
He told me that you needed to know these two items Billable? - No Commissionable? - Yes
@deleted-U06GD22CLDC, good news, thanks1
@Ryan Hey Ryan, Tighe from Torticity reached out to one of our inbound team leads to discuss setting up a line to warm transfer leads over. I had her forward the email to your shield legal and brandlytics emal, as well as me, Tony, and Nick to discuss if we want these calls to route through CTM or if we should just give them a direct line.
