@Fabian De Simone we want to set up and configure the CRM event in all accounts asap. We can utilize to pass our status at end of funnel from Intake, ie signed contract, declined etc. We can then utilize events after FB learns the funnel and then fire pixels on these events after enough conversions

Hey guys, quick update:
To answer your specific question, passing negative events does not affect targeting (meaning your camps will optimize based on events that you want to build on, not avoid).
Now, in order to exclude you do need to build a custom audience and this can be done in several ways, one of them being of course with the events you want to record to later create an audience with them and exclude it.

@Cameron Rentch, so unlike TikTok, Facebook will not optimize away from negative funnel events, so would that mean for now we are doing the "most we can do" by giving Facebook the e-Sign event once @Mike is complete the TT positive & negative events?

@Fabian De Simone, FYI, @Mike and working on debugging the Rejected CRM Events in our TT version of the Conversion API app, once we have that validated it's passing all leads that are rejected, we are going to swing back to Facebook Ads and start passing the e-Sign conversion event and will let you know what support / help we need.
