No worries! The ticketing and help desk are still relatively new, so I'm just trying to get people in the habit of creating tickets instead of randomly messaging or calling us directly for menial things

Yes its me. I got a new phone yesterday (old one died finally) and I have been trying to log back into slack and gmail on my new phone, but it wont let me log in

I get a message that i need to log in with me "corporate mobile device". I was never issued a corporate mobile device and it worked fine until i got a new phone
