We have hired a LA private investgator that will be running skip traces on these claimants for ACTS. They will be transferring into us, and these calls need to routed DIRECTLY to the VSS Team. It is VERY VERY critical that these calls MUST be live answered, and can NOT go into any voicemail. We are paying the PI signficant money for each claimant they can locate and transfer to us with a working phone number and physical address. I want to start with the ACTS Laba Foreman tab. a. open this tab b. locate each "MIA/no contact" and "disconnected/uncooperative" claimants in lawruler c. pull the following and put into a report i. full name ii. phone number iii. alternative phone number iv. DOB/age v. physical address vi. Email address vii. alternate contact and relation viii. alternate contact phone number I need this information by tomorrow. Note do NOT have any additional information in this report. Only the fields I have listed above.
