- Confirmed: Andy is speaking on Thurs., Feb. 29, at 4 p.m. on the Trends in Privacy Litigation.
- The agenda has yet to be finalized due to the judges' panel. There are four judges with schedules that keep changing. This affects everything.
- Patsy and Andy are traveling on Friday, March 1, to the Mass Tort Success PFAS Litigation Summit Part 2 in Ft. Lauderdale (3/1-3). I've sent an email asking about creative assets. Should they not have any, I've asked permission to create our own to promote Andy and to post. This is a small, non-tech-savvy conference.

Include the restaurant name, distance from the hotel, chef, cuisine type, private dining room options, menu (food/wine - download the PDF and attach it), and reservation requirements. The May 30 MDL is already in motion, so any conference will be held afterward. Try to find 5-7 different restaurants each time. Sometimes, the smaller dinners are not in a private room. @Julie-Margaret Johnson, please draft a Word document of quotes for all SOM "board" members except Fu. I did this for her last year. You will need to find press conferences, podcasts, articles, and social media posts. Some will be longer than others and easier to find, such as Ben Crump. These will be used as filler posts leading up to the SOM conference. This is a time-consuming task. I would suggest that you break it up. Deadline for a first draft of Ben and executive committee is next Wednesday (15th) before EOD.

@Julie-Margaret Johnson Attached is a Word doc with tagging examples. It is a start. You will need to complete FB and X. Eventually, you will need to tag sponsors and speakers. The easiest way to fill this in is to go to each platform and copy the tags. Then, cross-check for current accuracy. I'm confident most, not all, of the sponsors and speakers will be the same.
