*Thread Reply:* @Korbin, look at the last 2 bullets in the post, those are the NEW survey URLs she sent me, so each Zap uses those URLs, so DEHP is 10000% the wrong case type, this is for NEC, NEC Baby Formula. Please take a moment to slow down and understand.
Use the 2 SM links in my first post, each need a new Zap (you can copy old ones but have to reconnect each step and select new, accurate Survey and Collector from SurveyMonkey. Your memory kicking in here?

*Thread Reply:* @Korbin, stand by, I'm in Zapier reviewing and will send a test lead, you go into HubSpot and see if you can find it. Make sure to sort by "Date Created" in Hubspot > Contacts to ensure you can see the new one or an updated-existing contact. Make sense?

*Thread Reply:* We recorded it a few months back on a training call. All I did was click yours, click on account, three dots and then Reconnect and did my oAuth login for the step in the Zap
*Thread Reply:* Every where you connect to SurveyMonkey and HubSpot has to be reauthenticated on each clone.
