@Ryan @Nicholas McFadden @Joe Santana we need to hire a 100% dedicated Data Engineer/Analyst for DL/Flatirons. This person will daily interact with me, and needs to be readily available "on call" for direct interaction with Dave and other Flatirons members, as well as Abe, JP and Nico (who is going to be assigned 100% to Flatirons).

This person needs to interact with all relevant Team leaders, run ad hoc reporting, custom pivot tables, and be able to run the scripting that Nick Mcf created. This person can report to Nick on a technical level, but will need to report directly to me on a daily basis. Needs to be Proficient in coding, AI, API, python, etc etc.

Sounds good but I would like to also discuss an additional hiring of someone with good coding abilities to assist with other adhoc projects, internal tools, etc. not dedicated to one client. This goes back to finding a replacement for Shane. I want to be able to keep the integrations team focused on integrations and separate the two.

Having more skill in BI would be a good idea. Even as we prioritize client-side, it won’t be a 100% job for long if they have the skills. And building BI has heavy upfront workload and will trail down to data analysts for support just for your information @Cameron Rentch

@Cameron Rentch just so you know Cloudflare is having issues and so most of the cloud providers are down right now. Joe and Ryan are already apprised but its a national issue.
