You should be able to dump them to the same ad group next week and turn off other under performing ads

I think that the reason that we are stuck with the underspending (running with $5K while only spending $1.5K/daily) and high CPA is the combination of smart+ algo plus a non-converting creative. I would suggest to turn the ad off, as it spent over 50% of the spend without a conversion all this time, and give the other converting ads a chance so we might get more potential traction with the campaign on TikTok. Some screenshots for reference.

First test was broad to get the cheapest leads. Im worried with more qualifications will be more expensive. But also, i dont think there is a disqualifier here since its a different business model.
