*Thread Reply:* Jordan and I just worked out a schedule and a plan so the progress can be tracked (Devon will create a user friendly spreadsheet). I created an MIA team (me, Traci, Devon, and our Call Managers), she has all of our phone numbers and email addresses. She advised that she'll send me her list with updates later on today.
I just got off the phone with Cameron I will be working with this setup within the next day or so I will update everybody at that time in the meantime please do the best you can thank you
