Chances are that they already have. Signed e sign QA is a placeholder status for cases that have been finalized before but are incorrectly moved out of Signed e-sign FINAL and can still be accounted for in billing.

If you are asking if you can re-trigger them and treat as you would with Signed e-sign final, yes, it is safe to group final and signed e-sign qa together
