The reports generate with the phone numbers as +1xxxxxxxxxx but I can easily manipulate that to (xxx) xxx-xxxx or simply remove the +1

We're averaging around 15% of new leads converting into signed contracts on the day they're generated. After that it's hard to measure how long it takes for leads to be signed. I've seen them take 30 minutes to 9 months sometimes.

i've noticed a large uptick in fake leads. i'm assuming someone with a spam bot found the landing page and decided to repeatedly fill it with fake information. most of those have male names or obviously spam email addresses. of the non-spam leads, we're seeing a lot of people who were incarcerated at non-qualifying facilities or they did not experience abuse that qualifies based on the firms' criteria

the emails and first names of the fake leads are usually dead giveaways when i see it from a surface level. the campaign revolves around sexual abuse at women's facilities so "Spencer", "Joseph", "James", "Vincent", "A As As A As Sa" stick out to me
