@here these are the ones I do not have on my spreadsheet. I could've sworn we DQ'd Gibbs and Bussard was when I was gone but either it didn't get added to the sheet or we DQ'd it eventually. Trying to track down the reasons. Can you check on your end too?

They gave 3 declines on Thursday. 1 is declined. The other 2 I am going to send to Cameron and get his opinion. If it is signed and declined by the firm, they do not need the reason.

David Lee Warren 564377: never sent via automation only to patsy and me via email on 10/3/24. No idea why this would have only sent to us and didn't get sent to MPA but just need to re-trigger.

Douglas James Langer Sr 586064: currently in QA wip so not sent to us but we can send it if it is ready to go.

Samuel Gene Calvary 576109: sent via MPA 9/3/24 we can see that it was sent but we don't have a record of the Wagstaff ID

Found Wagstaff ID for Samuel Calvary it was 73041 on Sep 3. However, there is an error in MPA so we cannot see the details but since we have the Wagstaff ID it would have had to have gotten into their system.
