Sextortion 3pl files recently got changed/messed up. The contact card no longer is the client/signers information but the mapped fields of PI in the intake forms are correct. Below are the examples teammates have given me. Sobo helped me last night to troubleshoot and a mass import or something along the lines may be the cause. This creates a big barrier in an already disadvantaged clean up campaign for anapol & they were not shy voicing frustrations last week prior to this hiccup. Can somebody please look into it further, and fix? 😌

The files were not completed they are still being outreached. Agents working the files noticed the discrepancies. Agents confirm PI before completing secondary. I just landed in Arizona, otherwise I’d find you!

The only fields affected are address1, address2, city, county, stateid, zip, countryid, state. There is an import currently running that is fixing the problem. Carter is filled in on the problem and solution.

@deleted-U07CRGCBVJA from my understanding it wasn't just one client it was a batch of leads that were impacted. Approx 6k leads were impacted and they found the issue and fixed the data and are updating our system. For everyone on this chat...next time we see an error like this we need to notify myself, Joe and Dustin asap so they can source the isse.

I will follow up on this.. the issue was that there was a bad address in about 89000 leads and it kicked 6000 leads into a new column. I will follow up with the ssn's and make sure they are corrected but from the meeting this morning it was checked everything should be better
