I am attaching the latest spreadsheet I requested from Damon and as you can see it shows a total of 613 signed retainers. The dashboard shows a total of 614. Can you please review and get me a final number ASAP? Thank you

It looks like this report is missing two leads: LR#'s 240499, and 357556 and has one that has been switched from a cancel status to signed e signed FINAL LR ID# 169296. However that one won't show up on the dash until adjustments and the last lambda have been run for 1/10/24 numbers; it should be in tomorrow's numbers.

@Andy Rogers @Cameron Rentch, Luke will explain more but these were marked Signed e-Sign overnight, so either agents messed up or they were erroneously made Signed e-Sign.

@Andy Rogers it looks like there were two leads that were marked signed e-signed by agents when they shouldn't have and later on changed, I'm deleting those from the record, one of the leads from this report is from today 1/31/24 they wouldn't have gone through financials yet, and one recently was declined, I'm removing making the final total count that will be reflected in the dash shortly 54

@Andy Rogers, it's fixed. It was off by one because one of the Signed e-Signs from November 6th, was given a real persons name but it was a test lead and TIP team left it as Signed e-Sign intstead of their own "Test Lead Dispo" status.
