I wasn't sure who sets up all the TTCC account numbers for the Budget Sheet... if it was you or someone else on Cameron's team.

Just as a more formal intro - Currently, I write scripts and hire the actors on the Shield-Legal side. For TikTok Creative Channel - I enter in all the brief requests. Once they are approved by TikTok - their video Creators will submit videos into the queue, and you will be able to access those from your management account. When I see a video added, I will quick check it. I will request any revisions if words are not correct or spelling errors with captions. Otherwise, it will continue to be delivered. Let me know if you need anything or have questions on the script or actor/talent hiring.

Thanks for the intro meeting! Here is a re-cap!

Chris: heads up the Creative Team. He approves videos before we send them to Cameron. He has a pretty impressive background. A few things he has done - he was an editor for Discovery Channel working those reality TV series programs, commercials for major brands like Hilton, Disney, and he did the filming for the virtual reality experience for the Sea World swim with the killer whales- the list could go on.

I have worked with Shield-Legal as the Digital Content Producer[DCP]/Scripting for about two years officially. A year prior to starting as a DCP, I was hired to be the Influencer for User Generated Content videos, and Chris then hired me to oversee that process and scripting. I will take the requests from Cameron, and any of the media buyers. Write the script off the brief request. I then send it to Cameron for approval. Once approved, I hire talent. They submit their video and I send it to Dave.

Timeline for NORMAL video requests: Script request --- script written and submitted back for approval (avg. 24 hours or less)

Script approval --- depends on Cameron. I will tag him and follow-up if I notice the approval is taking longer than normal.

Once approved --- hire the talent 3-5 days will typically be a normal hire

Review the talent video ---- if no revisions are needed I send it to Dave and he can whip it around in 24-72 hours.

RUSH REQUESTS: Script request --- script written and submitted back for approval (same day)

Script approval --- same day

Once approved --- hire the talent 24-48 hours [talent will apply rush fees for most everything under 72 hours. Every once in a while I will get lucky and find someone who won't charge a rush fee.]

Review the talent video ---- if no revisions are needed I send it to Dave and he can whip it around same day.

On average we get Rush videos in a total of 72 hours or less total time.

Dave: I believe he has been with Shield-Legal editing about as long as I have? Chris and Dave have worked with each other for years. He also has extensive editing experience. Great to work with. Handles all the editing for the SL team.

TIKTOK CREATIVE CHANNEL (TTCC) I handle the TikTok Creative Channel Briefs. Cameron will usually task out topics for me to post that week. However, if you need something posted - just reach out. I am happy to add what you feel you need that week.

• Just make sure I am on the TTCC account number for the brief you need or I can't post it.
• Approval for brief averages 2-5 days. • Creatives take about 7 days to start posting videos for those topics. • Then we review those videos and they are deposited into your management account. You can then use the ones you like best. • Track and save links to the ones that are most successful and we will create ones with similar concept for you to post on other platforms.
If you want TikTok videos quicker than what a TTCC can do - you can ask us and we can make you one that you can upload while waiting for the others.

Here is the link to the submission form. It will go straight to us. We get Cameron approval on all these. https://wkf.ms/3pxXDuc Although the form looks like the date is auto populated, you actually have to put it in. Otherwise you will have an error. haha! I can fill out this form on your behalf if you give me the information. It just saves a lot of the back and forth with clarifying questions. So if you don't mind those - LOL - I don't mind doing the form. That said, the form gives you an idea on what information is most helpful as we create for you. We do a lot of spokesperson videos... but if you want to get creative beyond that classic style and graphics - feel free to ask. We can lean into new requests!

Great question! No, just shoot a message in the tik-tok-video-production channel or a DM telling me the topic and if you have a copy of a high producing video you want me to pattern it after. "Hey I need some new TTCC AFFF videos - here's a link to the one that has worked best in the past". I have everything I need to get started from there.

I will say on TTCC - I can give all the script/points.... but their Creators some times just go rogue and do their own thing. Which is fine... just know that I may ask for something on the brief and it may not be acknowledged in the final.

That said, I can have Dave create one that encompasses everything you may want.
