As we continue to expand and scale our Victim Support Specialist (VSS) team, I wanted to ask if you could send over any media clips, interviews, or recordings from speaking engagements Andy's done. I'd love to share these during our onboarding process with our new team members as we quickly expand to help them feel a personal connection to the big picture. I want to make sure our new team understands the magnitude of what we do. Having these clips will help the VSS team better understand the commitment and expertise behind the work we’re doing. It will also deepen their connection to the mission as they engage with clients and cases. The clips you have of our firms mentioning VSS are great too -- but I mainly was asking for speaking engagements where Andy has spoken at conferences on the business etc. =]
