@Cameron Rentch Here is the link to the dashboard. We have only received some data back from Case Works on Thursday of last week regarding the status of the military and medical records. I have included all of that data in the reporting so far.

Hello @Cameron Rentch! We have completed 7 PFSs so far. The ASA team just began calling on them this week. The PFS was updated by the judge in December, which caused us to have to pivot and redo the interview in LawRuler to match the new questionnaire and retrain the staff on how to complete the new interviews. This was complicated by some staffing changes and the end of year holidays. I have updated the benchmark report to show the 7 completed PFSs and we will be beginning the audit on them to send over to the firm by the end of the day tomorrow. The team at Howard Nations is aware that we were going to begin calling after Christmas.

@Cameron Rentch I just spoke with Beau and he shared the scheduled appointment list with me. There are 19 clients with scheduled appointments to complete their PFSs coming up. I will update the Benchmark Tracker accordingly

  1. google sheet of all DQ's, with list of reason for DQ. a. intake ID b. name c. reason for DQ d. Date DQ e. Date letter sent
  2. Get this same list from Nations to cross check
  3. Update data base to refect open/closed cases

Looks like some where added and Jackson hasn't had a chance to do his investigation yet. I am reaching out to him about these now.
