@Nicholas McFadden @Nick Ward whom do you get the mappings from, Becker or Smart Advocate? Have you confirmed that we (someone in team) has not already recevied any recent emails with mappings from smart advocate or becker?

@Andy Rogers do you know which specific campaign(s) that smart advocate is asking about?

We need the mappings from Becker. He and potentially with SA are making changes to their SA system both updating new fields among some other internal changes.

@Nicholas McFadden Based on the tone of Sean's email, he might need context as to the challenges that we've had throughout with Rahul as POC. This is delicate though, and it might not be wise to be as direct as we'd like to be. @Cameron Rentch Becker was quick to recognize this in our first calls with him after he joined Meadow. I'm with Dustin now and I/we can reach out to Becker.

We have tried to keep Meadow and Smart Advocate together on this project from the start and SA is unresponsive, unclear and usually unavailable when we have needed them. Rahul specifically is our POC for other projects involving SA with other clients and it is more of the same.

This is Meadow getting frustrated with what we have experienced in the past with SA. They are trying to make edits to their system and it’s taking a while to get it working. Granted things like mappings have changed but once they make the edits they requested we should be good. Without knowing their system it’s hard to say what some of the workflow issues are about. I agree that it is delicate and maybe shouldn’t roll out a play by play but we can address it and stay solutions oriented by focusing on that we need attentiveness to the mapping changes as there will probbably be more frequent as these law firms figure out what works for them on the data side. Right now they just need to get with Becker and make sure his setup for these new campaigns works.

@Cameron Rentch @Nicholas McFadden Separate topic, but right audience here. We had a call with Datavative about the Bard Powerport API last summer that turned out to be Datavative getting over zealous about a campaign that wasn't under contract yet. They are now reaching out to Brittany to meet and collect our processes for all things related to DiCello (lifecycle of creating the intake form thru to post acquisition data sharing). Brittany agreed to this before bringing it up, but I would normally be more cautious about offering too much in terms of what we do in this fashion. Is this something either of you are aware of? And am I being too skeptical here?

Datavative has been contracted by DL to serve in a 'Fractional CTO capacity'.

Datavative mentioned on a call with Darrell and I that they may want to talk with Brittany regarding Hair Relaxer. I am all for making the entire process better but agree we should be cautious about divulging everything when it is not always reciprocated.
