@here Hey everyone, so I saw the changes being made to Law Ruler user names. I was not notified of this change and there are several reports that are impacted. I can easily write code to recognize the names of the agents like I did when we had different user names for Five9, Law Ruler, Vici, and Connex, but it would be helpful to communicate any changes that could potentially impact commission that way we can get ahead of it.
This was a requirement Barmazel via Vaspra to be done immediately for company/business reporting. I’ve been tied up since acting/completing. Sorry for the delay.
Understood. Nothing we can't manage on the backend. We'll update the code and fix any reporting. I'll make sure nobody edits their names in the meantime until we have clearance. Thank you.
@deleted-U055HQT39PC thanks. Albeit a quick action, it replicates the SD v. LV change that Ryan and Tony would have done previously. The path of least resistance isn't without hiccups, I guess.
@Joe Santana there shouldn't be any challenges with automations or integrations per Dustin. I will follow up with James to ensure he is seeing 100% of billable lead traffic land properly with the location added.
@deleted-U04HFGHL4RW I still need clarification on the test station IDs that training is setting up. We should have them named by location as well, even though I wouldn't expect any leads being completed while using those.

@deleted-U055HQT39PC you have access and have had it for quite a while. the boards are now just updated to show the split. if you need the link, you can reach it from here. if you are having trouble accessing Looker in general, please reach out to James as he holds the keys to profile administration.
Note @here everyone on this thread has access as well. If another overview of Looker is needed, we can schedule some time and James and I can share some things. He is the SME and can add context to what does and doesn't have restrictions i.e. financials, etc.
@deleted-U06VDQGHZLL It asks to be logged in to a Looker account to access. Even though I use Looker for other dashboards, it does not look like I can use that same login

@deleted-U055HQT39PC You are logged into Looker Studio, not Looker Enterprise. Please send an invite to James and I for 15-30 minutes today between 1-4PM and he can give a tutorial and share login info if you don't have it available.

Hey @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW and @deleted-U055HQT39PC, if you haven't already seen my recap and action email, please check it. From conversations between Joe, Tony, myself and Marc, we need to have new ANI groups built from the credits we bought on 8/15. This is the priority per Marc and Cameron and creating those new groups is step 1. It has been 2.5hrs since Tony and I spoke and an hour since my email. I just checked in with Neilson and he says he has other priorities in training and setting up automation templates to trigger new campaigns notifications for when to turn them on. I don't know what the disconnect is here, but this needs to happen. Was this tasked elsewhere @deleted-U055HQT39PC? cc: @Joe Santana @deleted-U095QBJFFME
@here Joe mentioned that we are possibly under even more of a rush to get this in this afternoon in order to have TransUnion get it completed because of the holiday coming up to complicate things even more.

@here I think the disconnect is that this is something that is done instantaneously.
It takes time and effort, he’s also ensuring that the whole floor is able to make and receive calls so we’re profitable. There are a lot of people asking him to do a lot of things at once, this is Joe Neilson we’re talking about. I’m having Christian Rogers step in to help out to push this through faster.
I would like to say that there isn't someone thinking it's instant, so please let's not go there.
Getting ANIs loaded, branded and live is what will increase contact rate and likelihood of conversion.
We are all needing to work with our messaging/communications, and let's be more thoughtful/constructive when we are communicating, in order to NOT add to the tension and chaos.
We will get this done, we’re allocating more resources to get it done faster, we just need to make sure everything is done properly.
@here just for reference, when David Kessler was doing this, it would take him a lot longer than the pace we are currently at. If we can at least use that as a benchmark, I think we can understand we are at least on par.
@deleted-U055HQT39PC please let your folks know we only need 2-3 groups to make this work today if that helps. Going forward, the multiple rotations of ANI groups each day shouldn’t be the best practice. I believe that is ~85 numbers per group. And they don’t need to be hamstrung by trying to get 1:1 matches with area codes.
I would recommend getting away from the master campaigns as well where we can. Pumping together some smaller campaigns makes sense, but we are currently manual, preview, and power dialing the same leads simultaneously.
Got it, I think the issue is that only 1 person can do it at a time and there's a lot of manual data entry. I will discuss, we are currently on a call, whatever needs to be done we will do. Thank you Nick!
fyi, I have registered our SMS number within Law Ruler with https://www.freecallerregistry.com/fcr/. I have been unsuccessful doing the same with Hiya, as our business is not able to be found in their database (matching business name to address). We have nothing to gain from changing numbers we SMS from and could cause harm than good in LR's opinion. Still waiting on the LR dev team to get back to me on the long-term fix with Twilio.
Successfully registered with Hiya as LR suggested as well. Magic button was the Wyoming address verified with DNB.
@here I'm getting reports that we are not able to send the contracts through text message, TMOBILE clients. Is this not resolved yet?
This is a known and ongoing issue, it's been addressed, and LR is looking into further as well, more to come
it's not a complete block, seems to be hit/miss on unknown variables

@deleted-U055HQT39PC you can turn on the' Message Filer' notifications in your LR user settings and you will get see get the messages that get filtered by Twilio. LR has devs exploring options with Twilio, but it isn't our account to intervene on. My comments in this thread yesterday about registering our business and SMS number is part of the answer to this undeliverable SMS issue. Please note, do NOT change the number we are sending SMS from.
